What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy that gives you the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential environment, to gain deeper insight into them, and to find better ways to respond to your thoughts and feelings.
Through the psychotherapeutic process I will help you to work through difficult and painful feelings that may be stopping you from fully engaging with, and enjoying your life.
Psychotherapy can help with many problems and issues and is particularly useful for low mood, anxiety, grief and loss, confidence and self-esteem, relationship problems, addictive behaviours, stress related issues, and physical problems with no obvious cause.

I use an integrative model and am trained in a variety of approaches which means that I can tailor my approach to suit you as the unique individual that you are.
